Delivery

I want your artwork to arrive safely and try to make buying directly from my studio as straightforward as possible.

UK delivery is included in the price of all original paintings, prints and cards.

Original paintings

Original paintings are carefully wrapped and securely packaged for their journey to you. Framed paintings will be protected appropriately for the frame and artwork.

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. I will let you know when your painting has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.

Paintings are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. If a painting is currently being exhibited, this will be clearly stated and the expected delivery date will be confirmed.

Prints and cards

Prints and cards are carefully packaged to protect them in transit and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

UK delivery is included in the price.

International delivery

I am happy to send my work internationally.

If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase an original painting, print or other item, please contact me before purchasing so that I can confirm the shipping arrangements and cost for your location.

International customers may also be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied in their country.

If something goes wrong

Every order is packaged with care, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item so that I can help resolve the problem.

If you have any questions about delivery before purchasing, please get in touch via my Contact page.
